Our Faith

Saint John Paul II Catholic School serves families throughout Citrus County. Our school draws students from six different parishes including Our Lady of Fatima, Saint Scholastica, Our Lady of Grace, Saint Benedict, Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton and Saint Thomas. We are blessed and grateful to have the pastors of all these parishes spiritually support us.

At SJP2, students build a solid moral and spiritual foundation through daily instruction that is deeply rooted in Catholic doctrine. During their time at SJP2, students will:

• Attend weekly Mass
• Daily readings and prayers during morning announcements
• Learn about the Seven Themes of Catholic Social Teaching
• Attend spiritual retreats
• Learn and be encouraged to explore a vocation
• Participate in service projects

Our Catholic faith is embedded in all of our subjects and in everything we do.
